1. Make sure to turn the switch on
2. Make sure that batteries are still up
3. Change batteries
4. Go to the back of the computer and unplug and replug the dongle which is a small USB-looking device with no cables. If you don't know which one just unplug all USBs and replug them in different slots.
Note: Make sure to bring extra batteries at every event.
