How to Send Packages Back to PBI:

• Make sure you wrap the product exactly how you received it
• Make sure to add extra padding, tape, and any kind of protection that may
damage it while it's on the way to us.
• Please send a LOOM video of how you packaged the item.
You can also download it directly on your phone and send the link to:
support@photoboothint.com
• Once you have sent the video, Wait for us to confirm that’s it’s good to ship.
• Remember that items can be damaged during shipping and we should
not expect shipping companies to take care of our products.
