Frozen Booth / Computer / "Session Has Failed"

Frozen PC or a "Session Has Failed" Issue

To fix a frozen computer press and hold the power button for 10 seconds count out loud. After 10 seconds the screen will go black and the computer will hard reset wait 2 minutes then power back on. 

 

 

If the BOOTH Keeps freezing every time you're using an event then your camera may be causing the issue. Read these articles below to make sure your camera is in top shape

Make sure AUTO POWER OFF IS DISABLED

HOW TO USE MANUAL FOCUS

Once the camera is able to take a picture on autofocus then switch to manual focus which should fix most booth freezes / Retaking / Session has failed issue

Make sure the camera is autofocus before switching to manual focus!
